Subject: LEV elevator
I would like to talk to you about setting up a time to
see an operating LEV elevator. I believe your website
mentioned that you have a working model. [Brian Nichols] Wonderful, I would like to talk with you as well. We always look forward to meeting with potential customers; this is the foundation of our business. Each time we receive a contact like yours we know it is time for us to contribute to your project. Please provide a phone number for me to call you and we can set up an appointment. I look forward to showing you a working LEV, we have one in our showroom or we can arrange a visit to a residence of one of our very satisfied customers currently using a LEV in their home.
We have included plans for an elevator in our new home
construction, and the LEV seems to be close to what we
are looking for, but we want to see how loud it is,
how smooth is the travel, and at what speed. [Brian Nichols] I think that is wise. We strongly encourage all our clients to ask every question they can about the type of equipment and the operation of each different kind of elevator. Abbey Home Elevator prides itself as a company who provides solutions. I feel very confident we can meet your needs with one of our elevator products. There are three basic types of elevator drive systems and Abbey Home Elevator can provide any one of them. Again, I would look forward to getting together with you and reviewing your home plans and showing you an operating LEV.
I gave our architect the elevator specifications that
were sent to me, and he is looking at whether or not
we will need a single door, or doors on both sides.
[Brian Nichols] I would like to work directly with you and your Architect to support him in the decisions of this residence elevator project. One of the benefits of working with a full service company is the value added benefits we offer all our clients during the design phase of the home. While Architects are very skilled in many areas of design, the one thing we hear over and over from our many ongoing relationships with Architects is they really appreciate the assistance we give them at the beginning of the project. We have assisted in the elimination of many layout and construction problems by getting involved at the early phase of design instead of waiting until construction has actually started and the problems are already there.
[Brian Nichols]
Do you have a showroom with weekend hours? Or would
you be able to schedule a time on a weekday evening to
meet with my wife and I.[Brian Nichols] At Abbey Home Elevator, we realize that every family has different schedules. We are very willing to work directly with you and your schedule to select a time that works for us both. If you can tell me where you are or where the project is located in California, we can make sure we have our closest branch office work with you. As a full service company we have 9 highly qualified field sales consultants throughout the state to work directly with you and coordinate your way to a successful home elevator project.
Thanks,
Mark Terry
